Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the Spades Game website at spadesgame.cc. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that may be opened from your browser or sharing tools; those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

You do not need to register or provide a name, email address, profile, payment information, or other personal details to play. The current version does not include accounts, payments, multiplayer chat, forms, or user uploads.

Game data and local preferences

Dealt cards, bids, tricks, scores, AI decisions, and difficulty changes are processed in the active page. We do not send this game state to an application server. Closing or refreshing the page ends the current game session.

Your light or dark theme preference may be saved in your browser's local storage under the key html-game-theme. Your sound preference may be saved under the key spades-game:audio-enabled. These preferences remain on that device until you change them, clear the site's stored data, or configure your browser to remove them.

Technical information processed automatically

Like most websites, requests to load Spades Game may include technical information such as your IP address, request date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device type, language, network information, and error or security diagnostics.
